MORTGAGE CALCULATIONS
Online, you may do some rough calculating yourself, by visiting:

There, you will find information about "Buyer Qualification": this helps you to determine how much you can spend on payments per month.
You will also find information about "Mortgage Qualification"" this helps you to calculate what sort of annual salary you would be expected to have, in order to obtain a mortgage of a specific amount.
The "Mortgage Calculator" provides you with information about monthly payments of Principle and Interest per month.
And "Mortgage Rates" gives you an overview of current mortgage interest rates at a variety of lenders. Make sure you shop rates before signing on for a mortgage. You may be able to negotiate a better rate at your own bank, if you let them know what the competition is charging.
