About Jody and Fabian...

Jody Didier Broker/Manager with Prudential Lorimer Realty, Brokerage. Born in Peterborough and raised between Ottawa and Toronto, Jody studied business and psychology through University of Toronto and Queen's University. Previously employed in the Banking Industry and in ownership of small businesses, Jody is also a published writer. These experiences provide the basis for outstanding Real Estate service. Having spent summers near Haliburton throughout her childhood, Jody was no stranger to life in this area. She has called Bancroft home since 1992. A member of the Bancroft
District Real Estate Board, Jody has been on the Board of Director's since 1996, serving on various committees. Jody has been the President of the Board 2002, 2003 and 2004 and has also been involved with Public Relations for the Ontario Real Estate Association.

Fabian Yantha Broker - registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario, working as a sales representative for Prudential Lorimer Realty, Brokerage. Born and raised in the Combermere/Barry's Bay area, Fabian attended Madawaska Valley District High School and went on to Sheridan College; where he obtained a certificate in Heavy Equipment Construction Techniques. Experience in a variety of family businesses has given Fabian a well-rounded knowledge of construction. An outdoor enthusiast, Fabian is familiar with the Madawaska Valley and all it has to offer.

Lea has been a summer resident of the area for the past ten years, or so and moved to the Bancroft area, permanently in 2002. Lea has been licensed with the Ontario Real Estate Association since 1995. A 'down-to-earth' life philosophy is reflected in all of Lea's pursuits. An accomplished entrepreneur, Lea has operated her own businesses in Furniture Refinishing and Wilderness Adventure. Over the years Lea 's pastime has been spent on renovation her own properties as well as building a log home and most recently a straw bale house. Lea has settled down on her farm in Highland Grove. A volunteer fire fighter, there, for the past two years, she thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to give to her community.
